Yes, we ship worldwide.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on their national rules, some Countries may require additional documents for food products. Please make a local research about custom rules of your country before making an order.

DO YOU SHIP EXPRESS?

All the orders that you purchase from Grand Bazaar in Turkey are shipped by Express Shipping without charging extra express shipping fee.

 

WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIMES AFTER SHIPMENT?

UK: 1-2 business days

Europe: 1-2 business days

U.S. / Canada: 2-3 business days

Rest of the World: 2-4 business days

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping fee changes depending on your order’s weight and the distance of your country. We calculate your shipping fee automatically and inform you about the price at cart and checkout page after you enter your country details.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, each order is shipped by DHL Express or UPS, depending on your choice and we will inform you about your Tracking Number immediately once your order is shipped.

 

You can track your order from the link given with email.

Also, we inform you with email about every step of your order until delivery.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours. We are not able to cancel or change your order once it is shipped. If you would like to return your order, please see our return policy.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I ORDERED?

We are unable to cancel or change any part of your order including the delivery address or payment method once your order is shipped. But until you did not receive a shipment mail from us, you can send us a mail about the address change. We will handle it.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges will be added to your order and displayed in Checkout page after you enter country details. Shipping rates are not inclusive import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country. Please check your country’s custom rules and tax rates before making your order. During ‘Free Shipping’ your order will be shipped without a shipping fee.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We do our best to deliver all items to you in perfect condition. We wrap them with soft and durable materials. But please check your order while receiving the package from cargo personnel. If there are any damaged items in your package, request to fill a form together with cargo personnel and inform us about the situation. We will inspect the delivery conditions and will refund you in case of damage during transportation.
